With a background in law and philosophy, Wouter has spent the past fifteen years in civil society in various capacities. The cooperative consultancy ODS which he co-founded, supports progressive causes to achieve their goals. These have included large INGOs such as Oxfam International, philanthropic foundations and niche networks working on things like digital rights, financial market reform or climate justice. He has also been part of various political and activist groups more directly, as volunteer, founder or Board Member. Wouter is Dutch and lives in Copenhagen.
